Food great as usual. Drive up employee couldn't have been any worse if she tried! Been customer for over 20 years. Reconsidering that!!!👎

Food and service were decent. Pricing on the menus seemed fair reasonable, but when we were rang up the prices were substantially higher which was also reflected on the itemized receipt. Sign said "New Ownership and Management" out front, so perhaps if they're going to up the prices, the menu and specials board should reflect it as so. However, there does seem to be a growing trend of locally owned restaurants ringing up higher pricing than advertised and hoping no one notices. I hope this isn't the case here, but as we had multiple separate transactions and were rang up by multiple employees which included management, it does seem plausible. We just paid and didn't make a fuss, but now we know to explore other options next time.

The service is good, the selection is also a good variety. The restaurant is very causal, you order at the counter and the staff brings the food out to you. The burger is good. I, however, ordered the meat pie. I'd have to say I didn't enjoy it. It was overly greasy and tasted like it was made with boiled meat. Perhaps that's what a meat pie is supposed to be, if so I'll not be having another.

Nice and warm inside this January. The steak fingers were pretty good, and the fries were nice. I just mostly like the atmosphere and the staff. It's such a friendly little place with hot, fresh, filling food. It even has (my personal favorite!) a video game arcade shelf. I love to stop by Magee's when I find myself in Natchitoches. It's just calming and refreshing to stop here and have a meal. :)
